Commission Requests

  • I will NOT be accepting commission requests that has a relation to;

  • ;Sensitive Content such as: NSFW, Homophobia, Transphobia, Racism, Child Pornography / Pedophilia, Incest, Rape, Hate

  • ;Unrelated requests such as: Realistic art style, School projects like powerpoints, canva, picsart

  • I ACCEPT requests that relates to;

  • ;Animals: Non-furry (more on looking human but ears and tail may remain) and Furry, Chibi, OCs, Anime, Vtuber fanart, reference sheet, LOGO, Banners

  • I can only draw about 2-5 characters on 1 canvas atm (I can learn angles so I can fit more characters, though I am not confident with my skill to do it, I hope you are patient to let me train and learn more)

Communication Service

  • As much as possible please DM me through Telegram instead, I will have to minimize the usage of apps that may relate to Twitter;

  • ;But if not then I guess you could use alternatives such as my BlueSky or Tumblr, and if there's no where else then sure you may DM me through my Twitter

    (I have my DMs open to everyone but I have some requirements so I can respond back:

        ♡Have a profile pic (no I will not respond to AI profiles, I know AI when I see one)
        ♡Send me shadow the hedgehog pics (again no AI images) it can be any shadow pics as long as there's shadow
        ♡If you are an old client you don't have to keep sending shadow pics, once is enough but go crazy about it if u wanna
        ♡Even if you are a company may it be famous or not pls do this, I have severe trust issues in the internet permanently

Permission
Use of Art after Commission or Not Related to Commission Guidelines

  • Always ask for permission if you want to re-post or use my art, and put proper credit such as, link to my profile page or @ my username (you may use my twitter username since other social accounts can be a bit different)

  • Do not claim my works as yours

  • Filtering it with any apps like AI art to convert it to look original is strictly prohibited, you will be blocked

  • Using my art to spread hate is strictly prohibited and unethical, you will be blocked

  • Do not ever trace them It is alright to trace for practice but claiming it to be yours is not ethical.

  • Selling my free posted art from any social media I have is prohibited, I DO NOT ALLOW IT

  • You can only sell my art when you commissioned it from me, aka CUSTOMLY MADE FROM ME. But you should still put proper credit of me in that art

  • Just Don't steal art, you work hard for it

Agreement

Sales and Purchase Agreement

  • Before I give you sample sketches you must pay half of the total price before I start the commission and then pay the remaining half of the price before I finish the commission and no, sample sketches are not refundable.

  • ;Half payment includes: giving Sample Sketches, Updates, Communications etc.

  • Always ask yourself if you're sure of commissioning me because once you pay there will be no refunds

  • If you have GCash or PayPal I accept, or if you use Ko-fi I also accept but check available lists not everything is in there

  • Please message me immediately if you did not receive the image after the commission

  • If the image is a bit dirty such as random marks that are unnecessary on the canvas, please message me immediately, reason for this is because of sketch marks or color marks since I manually draw and put colors

  • Example if you want to add or remove something from the progress/finished drawing has an additional charge. Please, be sure of your choices, thank you

Paypal Agreement

  • You can only know the username of that PayPal since it will be in a link like https://paypal.me/username

  • The account is a personal account which means it has fewer options for covering the real name. PLEASE respect and DO NOT use that information that may lead to harming me and my family.

Slots: Agreement to be part of List

  • When you commission me you are to agree that your social media name (not username, not full name, not real name) will be part of the List. The List serves as a receipt and to get myself organized with the people that commissioned me

  • The List is categorized by: Name, Messaging Apps, Request, Part of Slot?, Status: paid/unpaid, Date Requested and Date Accomplished

Requirements
What I need before you commission me

  • Before you Commission me please give me details of the request you want me to fulfill, such as:

  • ;color (the whole reference of the character),

  • ;pose (provide me a reference of the pose if there is a specific pose you want me to do if not I will choose one myself),

  • ;personality of the character (if necessary),

  • ;clothing style (if you want me to change the clothes from the original design please provide me a reference of clothing, if there is no specific reference I can choose one myself)

  • ;shape and size of canvas like square, vertical rectangle, and horizontal rectangle, Instagram size, YouTube video size, YouTube banner size, twitter banner size, etc.

Privacy and Safety

  • As a freelance digital artist;

  • ;If you are using a personal paypal account to pay me the amount of the commission/s, your Personal Information will not be shared to anyone and anywhere. Your Personal Information is safe with me and only I can see it

  • ;whenever you commission me, I will ask for your consent to live stream or/and post your commission with my signature and a watermark — and optionally, I can mention your @username (I can put it on the drawing or I can just simply @ your username on the post). This purpose is to let my followers and other people know that someone commissioned me and to promote my artistic skills

  • ;If you do not consent or give me permission to post your commission it is alright with me, I will respect and will not post or live stream your commission

Q&A

  • How long will it take?: Approximately 2-3 days when I really like your request, it boosts my ability to draw it faster and finish it;

  • ;If your requests may require complex backgrounds, pose, it may take 2-4 weeks;

  • ;If your request is very very hard such as making a reference sheet, it may take me 2 months to finish, It requires a clean lineart, colors blends well and such;

  • ;For some time, I have developed a new art style that takes me 4 months to finish, will announce soon;

  • ;But in general, make sure you are patient with me, there are times when I feel like I couldn't draw and may experience art block;

  • ;Please be patient, I'm only a 1 person drawing art and I take art very passionate;

  • ;Currently: I am a student. I may go offline due to college stuff but I still would love to do commissions, though it is your choice if you want to continue on commissioning me.

  • You Have Ko-fi but I don't understand how to pay you exactly: Ko-fi serves as like a Paypal type, it's another way to pay me if you want your name recorded in Ko-fi for additional verification and proof that you have paid. You can pay through the donation/tip feature of the Ko-fi or pay me upfrony by this link to pay me once I give you the original price.

  • ;BUT Please let us talk the commission through first before paying me. I do not want any issues with payments especially if I can not do your commission (meaning what ifs I refuse your request)

  • I don't get what you mean in the Sales and Purchase Agreement: once we have discussed the original price to be paid, you must first pay half the total price first before I start drawing. Examples:

  • ;Scenario 1:

  • ;Customer A requested a commission to MahiyArt, once they discussed it, MahiyArt says the Original Price is $40, so $40 ÷ 2 is $20 so Customer A has to pay $20 first. Then after some time MahiyArt updated Customer A that the commission has been completed, Customer A then paid the remaining $20, and then MahiyArt sends the finished Artwork. So now Customer A has completed their Payment!

  • ;Scenario 2 Ko-fi payment (the tip/donation feature):

  • ;Customer A requested a commission to MahiyArt and said that they will be paying through Ko-fi, once they discussed it, MahiyArt says the Original Price is $40 but since it's Ko-Fi payment, $42 shall be paid by Customer A, but Customer A will have to pay the first $23 then the remaining $23 should be paid before they give the finished Artwork, Customer A asks, "huh why is it $23?, I calculated it's $21 when 42 is divided by 2". MahiyArt explains that Ko-fi payment is different from usual paypal payments, Ko-fi takes 5% of service fee which leads to unfair compensation to MahiyArt. But MahiyArt suggests "if you do not want to be charged by Ko-fi I suggest you can fully compensate me as $42 so that there will be no more half-half payment system."

  • ;Acceptable Scene 1: Customer A denies and says "fine I'll pay the first $23 incase I do not want to continue further with the commission"

  • ;Acceptable Scene 2: Customer A then accepts, "Sure I'll pay the $42, I would like this commission finished soon, I have no regrets!"

  • ;Scenario 3 Ko-fi payment (commission feature): Customer A knows they must message MahiyArt first before even paying. After some discussions of how the commission shall be made, MahiyArt sets the price already. Customer A pays full price since the feature is an upfront payment.

  • Unacceptable Scenarios during payment:

  • ;Scenario 1: Customer A pays half of the set price, doesn't want to continue the commission, then asks for a refund. MahiyArt then explains that "you as a customer had agreed to my TOS, it has already been stated there that it is not refundable

  • ;Scenario 2: Customer A pays half of the total price, but does not want to continue the commission, but wants to receive the finished commission. MahiyArt has the right to decline because the customer only paid Half of the total price.

  • ;Scenario 3: Customer A pays half of the total price, but does not want to pay the remaining half once commission is finished, but also wants to receive the finished commission. MahiyArt has the right to decline because the customer only paid Half of the total price.
